Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period will not be eligible for a refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the refund window described above.

If a cancellation occurs during an active billing period, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current paid period unless a refund is approved.
